MA. CARMEN JRA BITARA BILOLO, is 37 year old, single with a common law partner and were blessed with 4 children ages 16, 11, 4 and 2 years old. A resident of Caloocan City, Manila. Her 60 year old Father works as a foreman in a construction field and her 60 year old Mother is a housewife. She has 4 brothers and 4 sisters and her being the 3rd child.
She completed her secondary education at Villahermosa High School in year 1999. Then she took up a vocational course in caregiving at TESDA, graduated year 2018.
She has experienced working as a sales clerk for 6 months, Red Cross volunteer for 1 month and a Caregiver for 9 months. Currently, she is working as an on-call caregiver at a homecare facility for elders since Aug. 2019.
This applicant claim to be efficient in doing household chores as she performs all the household duties in her own home. She well versed in keeping the house in order, doing the laundry and pressing clothes, cooking and washing the dishes.
At the same time being a mother of 4, she is confident to take care of newborn to young children and do basic child care duties like bathing, preparing food, feeding, changing of clothes and diaper. She can also play with young children and help them in their school work and bring and fetch them to schoo if required.
In the facility where she worked as a Caregiver, she cared for dementia and bedridden patients. She cared for them by giving them proper nursing care like feeding, bathing, changing of clothes and monitoring their medications. She is eager to look after elderly person if given a chance.
Like any other Filipino, she has knowledge in cooking variety of Filipino dishes such as adobo, pinakbet, sinigang na baboy, tinolang manok, and a lot more and she is eager to learn other foreign dishes.
Aside from these, she is also willing to do basic gardening, pet care and car washing if necessary.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) , OWWA seminar and other documentation as required by Philipine Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of the OFW
