MA. FELISA TIDON AUSTERO, is a 43-year-old, single and a resident of Pasig City. She is the eldest child among 2 sisters. Her 68-year-old Father is a retired vendor while her mother passed away in January 2025.
She finished her secondary education at Southern Rizal Institute in year 1999. Then she pursued her college education and took up a degree in Computer Science but was not able to complete the course due to family’s financial difficulty.
She had several non-domestic experiences are as follows:
Data Analyst Encoder from 2005 to 2006; factory worker from Aug 2008 to Dec 2008; Production worker from May to Oct 2009; Production worker from July 2010 to Dec 2010; Data analyst encoder from Apr 2012 to Sep 2012; Production worker from July 2016 to Dec 2016.
Currently, she is working as a production staff since July 2019 while waiting for her application to Singapore to be selected:

1. SAUDI ARABIA (Feb 2017 – Feb .2019) She was selected to serve an Arab family living in a 5 bedroom bungalow house with a couple and 4 children ages 21,20,16 and 3. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing household including cooking and also focused in looking after the 3 years old child.
She demonstrates the expected work ethic and quality, making it more manageable by dividing task. Whether its daily tasks like dishwashing and tidying up, every chores like laundry and deep cleaning, working together ensures that everything runs smoothly. She is confident in domestic work since she also does it in their home.
She is confident in looking after young children, preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes, and playing with them.
With regards to her cooking skills, she is confident in cooking Filipino dishes and learned to cook Arab dishes and still willing to learn other foreign dishes.
Aside from that, she is keen to do gardening, car washing, and pet care.
This applicant can be deployed sooner as she is exempted from trainings as she is an ex-overseas maid, she only needs to comply with other documentations as required by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of OFW.
