FERN ROSE COMPAS NOBLEZA is 23 years old, single and a resident of Lambuna, Iloilo. She is the eldest child among her 2 brothers. Her 47-year-old Father is a farmer, and her 46-year-old Mother is an Overseas Filipino Worker in Dubai working as a Domestic Worker.
She accomplished her secondary education at Binaba-an National High School in the year 2021. Then she took up a degree in Secondary Education with major in English but was not able to complete the degree due to family’s financial difficulties
She had a non-domestic work experience in being a canteen server from Mar 2025 – Apr 2025.
Currently, she managed the house and performs household chores while waiting for her application to be selected in Singapore.
Though no formal experience in working as a housemaid. She was the one you raised her siblings when her younger brother was still 1 year old until now while their mother has to go abroad to give them a better life. Being the eldest child, she can perform household work like maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing clothes, marketing, cooking, and dishwashing.
She is also confident to look after young children performing its basic duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes and including educational activities and supervision of their school work.
She knows about cooking Filipino dishes and is eager to learn more foreign dishes.
Aside from those duties, she is also willing to do gardening, car washing and pet care when necessary.
This applicant can only be deployed once she turned 24 years old on September 2025.
After selection, FDW will undergo 2 weeks of In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
