CHARIS ANN ALIÑO, is 36 -year-old, single with a common law partner and they were blessed with a 9-year-old daughter. A resident of Caloocan City. She is the 5th child amongst 4 brothers and 1 sister. Her 65-year-old mother is a housewife while her father has passed away.
She finished her secondary education at Canbanua National High School in year 2007.
She had her non domestic work experience as a food vendor from June 2024 to Dec 2024.
Currently, she is working as a helper for a Filipino family while waiting for her application in Singapore.
She had her maid domestic work experience as follow:
1. PHILIPPINES (2009 -2010), she was hired by a Filipino family living in a 3 bedroom 2 storey house with a couple and a 17 year old with special needs. Her employer hired 2 maids and she mainly focus on looking after the child. She only helps in doing the chores when she is free or if the child is asleep.
2. PHILIPPINES (2018 - 2023), she was hired by another Filipino family consisting of a couple and 3 children ages 15,14 and 2. Like her previous employment, she was hired to take care of the welfare and safety of the 2 year old. Her employer hired 2 maids. She also helped in doing the chores if the child is asleep.
With her experience, she claims to be proficient in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining household cleanliness and cooking.
She is capable of taking care of newborn to young children and capable of performing childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, and playing with the children.
She is also keen to look after elderly person, if given the opportunity.
She is confident and claims to be excellent in cooking Filipino dishes and still keen to learn other foreign cuisines.
Aside from that she is keen to do gardening, car washing and pet care.
After selection, FDW will undergo a week of In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar prior to the processing of Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.
