CATHRYNE MONSANTO CABALLERO is 34 years old, single mother with 2 children ages 15 and 8. A resident of Tambo, Paranaque. She is the 2nd child among her 4 sisters. Her 60-year-old Father is a tricycle driver, and her 60-year-old Mother is a housewife.
She accomplished her secondary education at Dumingag National High School in the year 2009. Then she took up a 2-year vocational course in Food Processing.
She had several experiences in hospitality services such as;
Office Cleaner / Housekeeping attendant from Aug 2018 – Mar 2020
warehouse staff from July 2020 to Apr 2021
room attendant from Aug 2023 to Dec 2024
Currently, she works as a room attendant from Jan 2025 till present.
Though no formal experience in working as a housemaid. She was raised and taught by her parents to do general household chores. She can perform household work like maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing clothes, marketing, cooking, and dishwashing.
Being a mother, she is capable of looking after newborn to young children and assists their needs.
She is also keen to look after elderly people and is willing to be trained in giving direct nursing care.
She knows about cooking Filipino dishes and is eager to learn more foreign dishes.
Aside from those duties, she is also willing to do car washing and pet care when necessary.
After selection, FDW will undergo 2 weeks of In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
