ELOISA TALATAG SEGARRA, is 24 -year-old, married to a 27 year old construction worker. A resident of Malvar, Batangas. She is the eldest child amongst 2 brothers and 1 sister. Her 49 year old father is a farmer and her 45-year-old mother is housewife.
She finished her secondary education at Buga National High School in year 2020.
She had her non domestic work experience in being a services crew from may 2019 – Apr 2020.
Currently, she is a factory worker as manual packer since Oct 2021 while waiting for her application in Singapore.
She had her maid domestic work experience as follow:
1. PHILIPPINES (Apr 2021- Dec 2022), she was hired by a Relative’s family living in a 3 bedroom Bungalow house with a couple and 3 children ages 16,14 and 3. Her employer who is her aunt is an owner of a food factory that she is working full time as a packer. It is only after work or on her off day that she attends to the general household chores including cleaning, marketing, cooking, laundry, gardening, car washing and care for 1 dog. She also attends to the needs of the children.
With her experience, she claims to be proficient in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining household cleanliness and cooking.
She is capable of taking care of young children and capable of performing childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, and playing with the children.
She is also keen to look after elderly person, if given the opportunity.
She is confident and claims to be excellent in cooking Filipino dishes and still keen to learn other foreign cuisines.
Aside from that she is keen to do gardening, car washing and pet care.
After selection, FDW will undergo a week of In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar prior to the processing of Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.
