LEAH DURON ALBARECE, 38-year-old, single and a resident of Panitan, Capiz. She is the 5th child among her 2 brothers and 4 sisters. Her mother passed away in 2007 while her father passed away during pandemic.
She accomplished her secondary education at Panita National High School in year 2000. She then took up a degree in Business Administration at Hercor College and graduated in year 2004. She also took up short courses in Baking, Chinese and Western dishes when she was in Singapore at Expat Kitchen Basic Cooking Course in Aug 2014.
Currently, she is looking for employment and doing household chores while waiting for her application to be selected in Singapore:
She had her maid employment experiences in Singapore as follows.
1. SINGAPORE (Aug 2011 – July 2013), She served a Chinese - Singaporean family living in a 3-bedroom Condominium with a couple, a 70 year old female elder who is still mobile and a newborn baby. She was an all-around helper with her main duty to assist the daily activities both of the elder and the baby and she also perform household chores like keeping the house clean and doing laundry, cooking.
2. SINGAPORE (July 2013 – Jun 2014), She served a Chinese family living in a 5-room HDB with a couple and 3-year-old. Same as her first employment she cared for the child, bringing and fetching to and from school and managed daily house chores as well.
3. SINGAPORE (Jun 2014 – Nov 2020), She was selected to work for a Chinese-Singaporean family living in a 3-room condominium with a couple and 3 children ages 13,11 and 3. She was responsible in taking care of the children and at the same time doing house chores and other tasks that her employer may instruct her to do.
4. SINGAPORE (Nov 2020 – July 2022), She was selected to work to work for a Vietnamese family living in a 3-room HDB with a couple and their 2 year old child. She cared for the child’s needs and manage house chores. Her employer family migrated to Europe and let her continue working in Singapore by looking for another employer.
5. SINGAPORE ( July 4-13, 2022), She was selected to work for a Muslim European - Indian family living in a 3-bedroom condominium with a couple and 2 children ages 4 and 2 . General household chores and childcare was her responsibilities.
6. SINGAPORE (Jan 2023 – Nov 2024), She was selected to work for a Chinese - Australian family living in a 5-bedroom private apartment with a couple and 2 children ages 8 and 6. She was an all-around helper performed house chores and child care.
With her more than 13 years of domestic experiences, she is confident and capable of taking care of young children and capable of performing childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, and playing with the children.
With regards to her training and cooking skills, she is confident to be good in cooking in Filipino, Chinese and Western dishes. She also have simple knowledge in cooking Vietnamese and Thai dishes and is able to follow recipe book. With her love for cooking, she is very enthusiastic to learn other foreign dishes.
Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer’s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training and OWWA seminar and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of the OFW.
