NOEMI AVIOLA LIANZA, is 39-year-old, married but no longer living together since 2021 and they were blessed to have a 10-year-old daughter. A resident of Indang, Cavite. She is the 2nd child amongst 3 brothers and 3 sisters. Her 60-year-old mother is a housewife while her father has passed away in 2023.
She finished her secondary education at Constancio E. Aure Asis National High School in year 2001. She also completed several vocational courses in Tesda such as Standard First Aid & Basic Life Support Training (CPR adult and Infant) completed in July 2023. Basic Nursing Skills Enhanced Program completed in July 2024, National Healthcare Certi NCII in December 2024 and Caregiving NCII completed in Dec 2024.
She experienced a non-domestic work such as being a production operator from Apr 2002 – 2024. She also had her On-the-job training in a hospital as Caregiver in Jan 2025 for 15 days.
Currently, she is an on-call caregiver for an 85 year old female elder who is bedridden while waiting for her application in Singapore.
Being a homemaker, this applicant claims to be proficient in cleaning, organizing, and maintaining household cleanliness and cooking as she was the one who performed chores for her family.
She is dedicated and skilled in childcare duties and can ensure the safety and well-being of the children.
Being a certified caregiver, she is knowledgeable in giving direct nursing care to elderly and person with special needs. She is keen to look after elderly person if given the opportunity.
She is confident in cooking Filipino dishes and keen to learn other foreign cuisines.
Aside from that she is keen to do gardening, car washing and pet care.
After selection, FDW will undergo a week of In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar prior to the processing of Overseas Employment Certificate for deployment.
