MARIA FLOR DECENA FERNANDEZ, is 33-year-old, single with a common law partner and they were blessed to have 4 children ages 14,9,8 and 6. A resident of Tacloban City. She is the 4th child among her 2 brothers and 1 sister. Her 66- year-old father works in a logging company and her 65-year-old mother is a housewife.
She completed her secondary education at Leyte National High School in 2008. She then took up a degree in Elementary Education but was not able to complete the course due to family’s financial difficulty.
Currently, she is working as a helper for a Filipino family while waiting for her application in Singapore to be selected.
She had her domestic work employment experiences abroad, as follows.
1.)JORDAN ( Dec 2022- Feb 2023) She was hired to serve a Jordanian family living in a 4-bedroom apartment with a couple and 2 children ages 3 year old child and 17 month old baby. Her employer hired 2 maids. She was responsible in taking care of the children and keeping the house clean.
2.)PHILIPPINES ( 2023 – Present), She was selected to serve a Filipino family living in a 4-bedroom apartment with a couple , an adult and a newborn baby . She was an all around helper, performing household chores and taking care of the baby was her responsibilities.
This applicant is confident to look after newborn to young children as she is confident in performing its basic duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes and including educational activities and supervision.
With her domestic experiences, she is proficient in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, cooking, dish washing, doing the laundry and ironing.
She also claims to be good in cooking Filipino dishes and is very eager to learn more other foreign cuisine if given the opportunity.
This applicant can be deployed sooner as she is exempted from training seminar, and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of OFW.
