GRACE OPENA ALLA, 38-year-old, married to a 41-year-old driver and they were blessed to have 2 children ages 19 and 15. A resident of Pangasinan. She is the 5th child among her 3 brothers and 1 sister. Her 75 -year-old father is a construction worker and her 70-year-old mother is a housewife.
She completed her secondary education at Castor C. Concepcio Memorial National High School in 2003.
Before her domestic work experience, she was a sales lady for 1 year and a service crew member for 6 months.

She had her maid employment experiences in Singapore as follows.
1. SINGAPORE (Oct 2009 – Aug 2011), She served a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB with a couple and 4-year-old child. She was an all-around helper with her main duty to take care of the child and perform daily household chores like keeping the house clean and doing laundry, cooking and doing the laundry and ironing. She finished her contract and served the family for 1 year and 10 months.
2. SINGAPORE (Aug 2011 – Aug 2013), She served an Israeli family living in a 3-bedroom condominium with a couple and a 6-year-old twins. Same as her first employment she cared for the twins and performed the daily house chores. She finished her 2-year contract.
3. MALAYSIA (2014 – 2016), She was selected to work for a Chinese-malaysian family living in a 4-room landed property with a couple and 3 young adult children ages, 25,21 and 17. When she started her employment, she looked after a 4 month old baby, the grandchild of her employer's sister, then a year later another baby was born and from that time onward she looked after the 2 babies alternately. The children was brought in the morning then the parents pick them up at night.
4. SINGAPORE (Dec 2016 – Nov 2017), She was selected to work for a Chinese family living in a 4-bedroom landed property with 3 adults and an elderly couple ages 90 (male) and 70 (female). It was mutually agreed by them that she will only work for the family for 1 year to perform general household duties.
5. HONGKONG (2018 - 2021), She was selected to work for a Chinese family living in a 2-bedroom apartment with a couple and 2 children ages 9 and 5 . General household chores and childcare were her responsibilities. She finished her 2 years contract and extended it for another year because it was during the pandemic.
6. SINGAPORE (Aug 2022 – Jan 2025), She was selected to work for a Chinese family living in a 3-storey house with an adult and 2 children ages 9 and 6. She was an all-around helper who performed house chores, child care, marketing, and carwashing. She finished her contract and served the family for 3 years and 5 months.
Being a mother and with her experiences, she is confident and capable of taking care of infant to young children and capable of performing childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, and playing with the children.
She claims to be good at cooking Filipino and Chinese dishes. Able to follow recipe books and still enthusiastic to learn other foreign dishes.
The Employment History of the maid from MOM records is available for the prospective employer’s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training and OWWA seminars and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of the OFW.
