GEMIMA BAGLAN FRANCISCO, 36-year-old, married to a 36 year old merchandiser . A resident of Silang, Cavite. She is the eldest child among her 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Her 63-year-old Father is a farmer and her 57-year-old Mother is a housewife.
She finished her secondary education at Tublay School of Home Industries in year 2005. Then she pursued her college education and took up a 2 year course in Associate in Office Management.
She previously worked as a purchaser for 4 years.
Currently, she is working as a documentation staff from Sept 2023 up to present while waiting for her application to be selected in Singapore.
She also had her domestic work employment experiences, as follow:
1. PHILIPPINES (May 2015 – June 2017 ) She served a Filipino family living in a 2-bedroom bungalow house with a 30 year old adult and a 2 year old child. She does the household chores, cooking and looking after the needs of the child. She served the family for 2 years.
With her experience, she is capable of looking after young children. She is confident in performing child care duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing and attending to their needs.
She is knowledgeable in cooking simple Filipino dishes such as adobo, sinigang na baboy, nilaga and more and she is still willing to learn more other foreign cuisine.
After selection, FDW will undergo 2 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment
