MADONNA BALLOCANAG REQUIZO, is 37-year-old, single with a common law partner and they blessed with a 12-year-old girl. A resident of Sta. Cruz, Ilocos Sur. She is the 2nd child among her 2 brothers and 1 sister. Her 58-year-old Mother is a housewife, and her father are already passed away.
She completed her secondary education at Sta. Cruz Institute in year 2001. Then she took up a degree in Elementary Education but did not manage to finish due financial problem. She studied until 4th year college.
Previously, she worked as a service crew for 4 years and a secretary for 7 years.
Currently, she is a taking care of her daughter and does household chores while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her domestic work employment experiences as follows:
1. SINGAPORE (Dec. 2019 – Jan. 2020), she served a Chinese family living in a 2-bedroom HDB with a couple and a 2-year-old. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing household chores, cooking and taking care of the child needs.
2. SINGAPORE (Jan. 2020 – May 2024) she served another Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB with a couple, a 70-year-old female elderly and a 4-year-old. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing household chores, cooking, marketing and looking after the child needs.
This applicant can be considered as efficient in performing general housework like maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing clothes, marketing, cooking, dish washing and gardening.
Being a mother and with her experience, she is confident in taking care of newborn to young children and capable in performing childcare duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to school.
She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She has knowledge in preparing and cooking Filipino dishes and simple Chinese dishes. She can also follow recipe book. She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
Aside from those duties, she is also willing to do gardening, pet care and car washing when necessary.
Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer’s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training and OWWA seminar and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of the OFW.
