JACKELYN UMBAY PASCUA, is 42-year-old, single mother of a 16-year-old boy and a resident of Bangui, Ilocos Norte. She is the 2nd child among her 3 brothers. Her both parents are already passed away.
She finished her secondary education at Bangui National High School in year 1999. Then she took up a course in Midwifery but did not manage to finished due financial difficulty.
She had her maid employment experienced as follows.
1. SINGAPORE (Dec. 2010 – Jan. 2015), she served a Singaporean Chinese family living in a 2-bedroom HDB with a couple and 2 children ages 7-year-old and a newborn baby in 2013. She worked as an all-around helper doing household chores, cooking, marketing and assist the daily needs of the children.
2. SINGAPORE (Jan. 2015 - present), her previous employer divorced and she was transferred to the name of the mother of the female employer. Serving an adult, a 60-year-old female elderly and a 2-year-old. She does the same job scope and responsibilities.
As an experience, she is confident in taking care of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She knows how to prepare and cook variety of Filipino dishes and simple Chinese dishes like abc soup, lotus soup, stir fry veggies, steam fish, chicken rice and more. She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
