DAISY GRAFIL GERNALE, is 39-year-old, married to a 42 year old Overseas Foreign worker working as a construction worker and they were blessed to have 2 children age 17 and 2. A resident of Bulan, Sorsogon. She is the 5th child among 1 brother and 6 sisters. Her 74 year old Father is a farmer and her 67 year old Mother is a housewife.
She completed her secondary education at Southern Luzon Institute in year 2003.
She previously worked as a service crew for 2 companies for 6 years.
Currently, she is a vegetable vendor and at the same time looks after her children and does household chores while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her domestic work employment experiences as follows:
1. SINGAPORE (Jan 2017 – Nov 2019) she was selected by a Chinese family living in a 4 room HDB with a couple and 2 children ages 11 and 1. She performed general household chores and also cared for the children daily needs. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years and 11 months.
2. SINGAPORE (Jan 2020 – May 2021) she was selected by another Chinese family living in a 4 room HDB with a couple and 4 children ages 17,14,10 and a newborn baby. Same as her previous employment, she performed general household chores and also cared for the children and also cared for a dog, marketing and car washing. She served the family for 1 year and 5 months.
This applicant can be considered as efficient in performing general housework like maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing clothes, marketing, cooking, dish washing and gardening.
Being a mother of 2 and with her experience, she is confident in taking care of newborn to young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to school.
She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She has knowledge in preparing and cooking Filipino dishes such as tinola, sinigang, adobo, apritada, menudo, kare-kare and more dishes. She can also cook simple Chinese dishes such as steam chicken, steam fish and stir fry veggies.
She can also follow recipe book. She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
Aside from those duties, she is also willing to do gardening, pet care and car washing when necessary.
Employment History of the maid from MOM records available for prospective employer’s reference and verification. Maids can be interviewed by phone upon request. She can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training and OWWA seminar and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by Philippine Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of the OFW.
