FELIZA BANHAN DUA, 39 year old, married but no longer living together and they were blessed with 2 children ages 18 and 12. A resident of Villaverde, Nueva Vizcaya. She is the 4th child among 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Her 70 year old Mother is a housewife while her Father has passed away.
She finished her secondary education at Lawig National High School in year 2004.
Currently, she is taking care of her children and doing household chores while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her maid employment experience, as follow:
1. UAE ( 2013 – 2015) she served an Arab family living in a 6 bedroom bungalow house with a couple and a 2 year old child. She worked as an all around helper and was responsible in cleaning and keeping the house in order, doing the laundry and she cared for the child. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
2. SINGAPORE (Aug. 2015 - Aug. 2017) she was selected by a Chinese – Singaporean family living in a 3 bedroom HDB with a couple, an elderly couple with ages 70(male) and 71 (female) and 2 children ages 1 and a 3 month old baby. She was an all around helper, cared for the children and performed household duties. She served the family for 2 years.
3. SINGAPORE (July 2018 - June 2022) she was selected by another Chinese – Singaporean family living in a 3-bedroom HDB with a couple and an 88-year-old female elder with heart problem and diabetes. Same as her other employments, she was an all-around helper and her duties was to keep the house clean and do the laundry and pressing clothes, cooking and attends to the needs of the elder. She finished her contract and served the family for 4 years.
4. PHILIPPINES ( 2022 -2023) she is serving a Filipino family living in a 3 bedroom bungalow house with an elderly couple ages 94 (male) and 77 (female). She worked as an all around performed house chores and cared for her male employer who is bedridden.
5. SINGAPORE ( Feb 20, 2024 – present) she was selected by a Chinese couple elderly ages 72 year old (female) with hypertension and diabetes and a 75 year old (Male) with dementia and diabetes living in a 3 bedroom HDB. She worked as an all helper and her duties was to keep the house clean and do the laundry and pressing clothes, cooking and she is also looking after the daily needs of the elderly couple.
With experiences as a housemaid, she is expected to be well-versed in performing general household duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, marketing, cooking and washing the dishes.
Being a mother of 2, she is capable in performing infant and child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes, simple Chinese dishes such as steam fish, stir fry veggies, abc soup, noodle soup, lotus soup and more. She also learned to cook Arab dishes such as biryani rice, chicken cury, salata, kabsa, and saluna.
She can also follow recipe and instruction and is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
