GINKLIN JOY PONTINO CORTES, is 26 year old, single mother of 2 children ages 7 and 3. A resident of Cabanatuan City. She is the eldest child among 1 brother. Her 47 year old Mother is a housewife while her Father has passed away.
She finished her secondary education at Center For Positive Future High School in year 2013. Then she pursued her college education and took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing but was not able to complete the course due to family’s financial difficulty.
She had several non-domestic work experiences such as being a promodiser for 3 months, Online Seller for 1 year, Cashier and a Service Crew for 6 months at Korean Restaurant.
Currently, she is working as as sales lady at a Donut store while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her maid employment experiences as follows:
PHILIPPINES ( May 2018 - Nov 2018), she served a Filipino family living in a 3 bedroom Flat house with a single mother and her 2 month old baby. She was given the opportunity to study while working for the family. She is the only one maid and she was assigned to taking care of the 2 months old baby and keep the house clean, cooking and do the laundry. She served the family for 6 months.
PHILIPPINES ( Apr 2022 - Oct 2022) She served a Filipino family living in 4 bedroom and 2 storey house with a 68 year old female elder with hypertension and she can’t stand by her own self due to her age, her main duties is to taking care of elderly.
With her experience, she is expected to be perform all of her responsibilities in performing general household duties such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry, pressing clothes, marketing, cooking and washing the dishes.
With her experience, she is capable to take care of newborn and young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine. She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes like adobo, sinigang, paksiw, Fried fish, Chicken Tenola and a lot more. And she is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
She is willing to do basic gardening, car washing and pet care as well.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
