FELY ANN BALDEMOR BARBOSA, is 41-year-old, single mother of 3 children ages 23, 22 and 17. A resident of Dolores, Abra. She is the eldest child among her 3 sisters. Her 68-year-old Mother is a housewife and her father are already passed away.
She finished her secondary education at Northern Abra National High School.
She had her maid employment experienced as follows.
1. SAUDI ARABIA (2013 – 2016), she served an Arab family living in a 7-bedroom bungalow with a couple and 3 children ages 4, 3 and a newborn. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing household chores and assist the children needs. She served the family for 3 years.
2. SINGAPORE (Nov. 2017 – March 2020), she served a Chinese family living in a condominium with 2 adults. She worked as an all-around helper doing household chores, cooking, marketing and taking care of 3 dogs. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years and 4 months.
3. SINGAPORE (March 2020 – July 2022), she served a Chinese Filipino couple living in a 2-story landed property. She worked as an all-around housemaid doing household chores, cooking, marketing and taking care of 11 dogs and a cat. She finished her contract for 2 years and 4 months.
4. SINGAPORE (July 2022 – July 2023), she transfers to a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom HDB with a couple and a 1-month-old baby. She worked as an all-around helper doing housework, cooking and looking after the daily needs of the baby. She is also taking care of 3 dogs. She served the family for 1 year.
5. SINGAPORE (July 2023 - present), serving an Indian family living in a 3-bedroom condominium with a couple and 2 children ages 9 and 4. She is the 2nd maid. Her main duty is doing the cleaning of the house, cooking and looking after the children needs. She is also taking care of 2 dogs.
Being a mother and with her experience, she is confident in taking care of newborn to young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She knows how to prepare and cook variety of Filipino dishes and simple Chinese dishes like steam fish, stir fry veggies, fried rice, ABC soup, bakuteh soup. She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
