JOVELYN LAGANDO DE GUZMAN, is 28 year-old, single with a common law partner and they were blessed with 2 children ages 7 and 6. A resident of Balagtas, Bulacan. She is the eldest child among 2 brothers and 1 sister. Her 53 year old Father is a construction worker and her 48 year old Mother is a housewfie.
She completed her secondary education at Manuel A. Roxas High School in year 2011. She also took up a vocational course in Food and Beverages in Tesda.
She previously worked as a service crew for 1 year, sales personnel for 6 months. She was also selected to work in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as an on call cleaner from June 2021 – July 2023.
Currently, she is working as a Machine Operator in a Toy company and on her off day she look after her children and does the household chores while waiting for her application to be selected.
Though no formal experience in being a helper she is recommended for a family who is in need of someone who is capable of looking after newborn to young children as she is the one who manage her own household and cared for her 2 children.
She confident in doing infant to child care duties and attending to their needs. She is proficient in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, dish washing, and ironing.
She is also keen to look after elderly person if she is given the opportunity.
She is confident in cooking simple Filipino dishes such as adobo, sinigang, apritada, menudo and more. She is still enthusiastic to learn more other foreign cuisine.
Aside from these, she willing to do pet care, gardening and car washing when necessary.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
