EDLYN PALAYAD GAMMAD, is 27-year-old, single mother with a 5 year old son and a resident of Echague, Isabela. She is the eldest child among 2 brothers and 1 sister. Her 51 year old Father is a farmer and her 46 year old Mother is a housewife.
She completed her secondary education at Jones Rural School in year 2013. Then she pursued her college education and took up Bachelor of Science in Business Administration at Isabela State University graduated in year 2017.
She previously worked as a cashier for 3 months, a sales specialist for 5 months and an Avon dealer for 3 months.
Currently, she taking care of her children and doing household chores and on the side she is also selling street food while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her domestic work employment experiences abroad, as follows:
1. SAUDI ARABIA (Nov 2021 – Nov 2023) she was selected to serve a Arab family living in a 6 bedroom 3 storey house with a couple and 4 children ages 18,13,9 and 2. Her employer hired 2 maids. She worked as an all around helper doing all the general household chores and taking care of the children. She also help out in her employer’s flower shop business. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
This applicant is recommended to look after newborn to young as she is confident in performing its basic duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes and diaper and attending to their needs.
With her experience, she is proficient in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, dish washing, doing the laundry and ironing.
She is also confident in cooking simple Filipino dishes such as paksiw, adobo, tinola, fried chicken, sinigang and more. She also learned simple Arab dishes like kabsa and biryani rice, saluna, maklobah and more. And she is still willing to learn more other foreign cuisine if given the opportunity.
This applicant can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training seminar, and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of OFW.
