MIRASOL SERNADO CATAYAS, is 44-year-old, married to a 43 year old tricycle driver and they were blessed to have 5 children ages 25,21,16,15 and 12. A resident of Davao City. She is the 4th child among 3 brothers and 2 sisters. Her 70 year old Mother is a housewife while her Father has passed away.
She completed her secondary education at Daniel R. Aguinaldo National High School in year 1996.
Currently, she is working part-time as a nanny while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her domestic work employment experiences abroad, as follows:
1. DAMMAM, SAUDI ARABIA ( SEP 2015 – NOV 2017) she served an Arab family living in a 4 bedroom 3 storey house with a couple and 4 children ages 14,13,9 and 6. She worked as an all around helper doing all general household duties such as keeping the houseclean, doing the laundry, assist her madam in cooking and also looks after the daily needs of the children. She finished her contract and served family for 2 years and 2 months.
2. BAHRAIN ( MAY 2018 – DEC 2021) she served an American - Bahraini family living in a 4 bedroom 3 storey house with an elderly couple with ages 75 (male) and 71 (female) who are both mobile. Her employer hired 4 maids and she worked as an all around helper doing all general household duties and assist the elders in their needs. She finished her contract and served family for 3 years and 7 months.
3. PHILIPPINES ( Aug 2022 – Present), she is serving a Filipino family living in a 3 bedroom bungalow house with a couple and 3 children ages 13,8 and 1. She was hired as a part-time and stay out nanny, she was responsible in looking after the 1 year old child. She works from 8am – 5pm.
This applicant is recommended to look after newborn to young as she is confident in performing its basic duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing, changing clothes and diaper and attending to their needs.
With her experience, she is proficient in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, cooking, dish washing, doing the laundry and ironing.
She is also confident in cooking simple Filipino dishes such as adobo, apritada, spaghetti, macaroni, buttered chicken and more. She is still willing to learn more other foreign cuisine if given the opportunity.
This applicant can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training seminar, and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of OFW.
