MADEL ONGDON DIOCADES, is 30-year-old, single with a common law partner and a resident of Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental. She is the 6th child among 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Her 59 year old Father works as a driver and 70 year old Mother is dressmaker.
She completed her secondary education Aguisan National High School in year 2010. Then she took up Bachelor of Science in Fisheries but was not able to pursue her degree due to family’s financial difficulty.
She had a non-domestic work experience as a machine operator.
Currently, she is working as a farmer while waiting for her application to be selected.
She had her domestic work employment experiences, as follows:
1. PHILIPPINES (2012 – 2013) she served a Filipino family living in a 4 bedroom 2 storey house with a couple and 2 children ages 12 and 7. She was hired to look after the children and also performed duties such as worked as an all around helper doing all general household duties. She served the family for 1 year.
2. PHILIPPINES (2013 – 2015) she served a Filipino family living in a 3 bedroom bungalow house with an elderly couple ages 80 (male) and 81 (female). She was hired to assist the needs of the elder. She served the family for 2 years.
3. KUWAIT (2019 – 2022) she served a Kuwaiti family living in a 4 bedroom bungalow house with a couple and 3 children ages 19,16 and 12. She was tasked to keep the house clean , doing the laundry and pressing clothes. She served the family for 3 years.
This applicant is recommended for a family who is in need of someone who is capable of looking after young children. She is confident enough in performing child care duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing and attending to their needs.
With her experience in taking care of an elder she is keen if given the opportunity.
She is also proficient in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, ironing clothes, cooking and dish washing.
She can cook simple dishes like Filipino such as adobo, sinigang, igado, pakbet, paksiw and a lot more and she is still willing to learn more other foreign dishes.
This applicant can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training seminar, and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of OFW.
