GLENIA ALLAVADO DAPLIYAN, is 37-year-old, married but not living together since 2017 and they had a 14 year old child. Presently, she has a common law partner and they have a 19 month old child. A resident Capas, Tarlac. She is the 7th child among 4 brothers and 3 sisters. Her 80 year old Mother is a housewife while her Father has passed away.
She completed her secondary education Don marcelo Jimenez Polytechnic Institute in year 2002.
She had a non-domestic work experience as a sales lady for 4 years, a cook for 1 year and also an assistant chef in Papua New Guinea from Aug 2019 – Jan 2020.
She had her domestic work employment experiences, as follows:
1. OMAN ( Feb 2021 – Aug 2021) she served an Arab family living in a 7 bedroom 2 storey house with a couple, an 80 year old male elder and 5 grandchildren children ages 11,9,8,5 and 18 month old child. She was hired to look after the children and also performed household duties such as cleaning the house, doing the laundry and pressing clothes and she also help the daughter in law in cooking. She served the family for 6 months.
2. PHILIPPINES ( Jan 2022 – Present) she is serving a New Zealander family living in a 5 bedroom condo with a 65 year old female elder and 2 adult. Her worked as an all around helper and her main duty is to cook for the family, also cleaning and doing the laundry and other tasked that her employer may instruct her to do.
This applicant is recommended for a family who is in need of someone who is capable of looking after newborn to young children. She is confident enough in performing child care duties such as preparing meals, feeding, bathing and attending to their needs.
With her experience in taking care of an elder she is keen if given the opportunity.
She is also proficient in doing household chores such as cleaning, washing clothes, ironing clothes, cooking and dish washing.
She can cook simple dishes like Filipino such as adobo, sinigang, chicken curry, lumpiang shanghai, Ilocano dishes and a lot more. She also learned simple Western vegetarian dishes such stir fry brocolli, spinach salad, pumpkin soup, mashed potato and more and she is still willing to learn more other foreign dishes.
This applicant can be deployed faster than the rest as they are exempted from training seminar, and she only needs to comply with other documentation as required by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of OFW.
