AILEEN ACLAO PACLAY, is 37-year-old, married to a 33 year old construction laborer. They were blessed with 3 children ages 12,10 and 8. A resident of Buguey, Cagayan. She is the 2nd child among 4 brothers and 1 sister. Her 57-year-old Mother is a housewife while her Father has passed away.
She finished her secondary education at Pattao National High School in year 2001.
She experienced working as a factory worker for 3 years. Then she applied for work abroad.
She had her domestic work experiences as follows;
1) SAUDI ARABIA (Nov 2014 – Mar 2017), she served an Arab family living in 4-bedroom 2 storey house with an elderly couple ages 75 (male) and 70 (female) and an adult. Her employer hired 2 maids. They both help in doing the housechores, cooking. She was also assigned in attending to the needs of the female elder who diabetes and had been bedridden. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years and 4 months.
2) DUBAI ( May 2017 - July 2019), she served an Arab family living in 5-bedroom 2 storey house with a couple and 4 children ages 10,8,6 and 11 month old baby. Her employer hired 2 maids. They both share in doing the household chores, cooking and attending to the needs of the children. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years and 2 months.
During her employments, she performed all kinds of general household chores such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry and pressing clothes, cooking and washing the dishes.
Being a mother of 3, she is capable in taking care newborn to of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes such as adobo, pakbet, caldereta, tinola, menudo and a lot more. She also learned to cook simple Arab dishes like sambusa, salata, saluna, beryani rice and more. And she is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
She is willing to do pet care , basic gardening and car washing as well.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
