JOY MANUEL USMAN, is 33-year-old, married to a 35 year old Farmer and they were blessed with 2 children ages 14 and 7. A resident of Sultan Kudarat. She is the 4th child among 2 brothers and 3 sisters. Her 65-year-old Father is a farmer and her 60-year-old Mother is a housewife.
She finished her secondary education at Kapinkong National High School in year 2004.
Then she had her maid employment experienced abroad. Details of which are as follows;
1) SAUDI ARABIA (Apr. 2016 – Apr. 2018), she served an Arab family living in 4-bedroom 3 story house with a couple and 2 children ages 7 and 1-year-old. She was the only maid and she does all the household chores, sometimes she cooks and also cared for the children. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
2) BAHRAIN (July 2018 – Feb 2021), she served an Arab family living in a 4-bedroom 2 story house with a couple and a newborn baby. She worked as an all around house maid. She looks after the baby and does the house work too. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years and 7 months.
With her experiences. She is confident in performing all kinds of general household chores such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry and pressing clothes, cooking, marketing and washing the dishes.
Being a mother, she is capable in taking care newborn to of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes such as adobo, sinigang, caldereta, paksiw, tinola and a lot more. She is also known simple Arabic dishes like kabsa, saluna, beryani rice, and a lot more. And she is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
She is willing to do pet care , basic gardening and car washing as well.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
