LORNA OMAN RAGUINDIN, is 29-year-old, married to a 36 year old family driver and they were blessed with 3 children ages 8,6 and 4 year old. A resident of Aguinaldo, Ifugao. She is the eldest child among 1 brother and 1 sister. Her 52-year-old Father is a farmer and her 50-year-old Mother is a housewife.
She finished her secondary education at Ubao National High School in year 2008. Then she took up Bachelor of Science in Political Science, studied until 3rd year college but was not able to pursue due to family's financial difficulty.
She experienced to work as a bagger for 6 months.
Then she had her maid employment experienced in the PHILIPINES AND HONGKONG, Details of which are as follows;
1) PHILIPPINES (2010 – 2013), she served a relative's family living in 3-bedroom 2 story house with a 2 adult and a 60 year old female elder who is paralyzed and 2 children ages 15 and 10. Her main duty is look after the elder's needs and also perform house chores. She served the family 3 years.
2) HONGKONG ( AUG 2018 – FEB. 2021), she served a Chinese family living in a 3-bedroom flat with a couple and a 5-year-old. She worked as an all around helper. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years and 6 months.
With her experiences. She is confident in performing all kinds of general household chores such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry and pressing clothes, cooking, marketing and washing the dishes.
Being a mother, she is capable in taking care newborn to of young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes such as adobo, sinigang, pakbet, stir fry veggies, chopsuey and a lot more. She alos learned simple Chinese dishes like steam fish, steam egg and chicken, sweet and sour pork, hongkong beef stir fry, homemade luo son ng tang, and stir fry veggies and a lot more. And she is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
She is willing to do petcare, basic gardening and car washing as well.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
