ROSELYN GABALLO DELA CRUZ, is 26 year old, single mother with a 4 year old son. A resident of Kabuntalan, Maguindanao. She is the eldest child among 3 brothers and 1 sister. Her 69 year old Father works as a farmer and her 44 year old Mother is a housewife.
She finished her secondary education at Midsayad Dilangalen National High School graduated in year 2010.
She experienced working jobs like cashier in a department store for 1 year and as an assistant section head for 3 years.
She also had her maid employment experienced in the Philippines and was also selected to work in Oman.. Details of which as follows;
1. PHILIPPINES (2011 - 2014), she served a relative's family living in a 2 bedroom bungalow house with 2 adult and her 1 year old grand daughter. She worked as an all around helper doing household chores and also attends to the needs of the infant. She served the family for 3 years.
2. OMAN ( Apr 2018 - Sep 2020), she served an Omani family living in 2 bedroom apartment with a couple and an 8 month old infant. She looked after the chid and also attends to the housechores. She finished her contract and served the family for 2 years.
During her employment both in the Philippines and Oman, , she performed household chores such as maintaning the cleanliness of the house, doing the laundry and pressing clothes, marketing, cooking and washing the dishes.
Being a mother and with her experiences, she is confident in taking care of infant to young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes like adobo, pakbet, sinigang, law-oy and paksiw na isda and a lot more. She can know cook simple Arab dishes such as kabsa, beryani rice, marag and a lot more. She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine.
Aside from these duties, she can also give care for pets. She is willing to do basic gardening and car washing as well.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
