ARGLENN MONTEVEROS ELAURZA, is 30 year old, single mother with a 5 year old son. A resident of Ligao City, Albay. She is the eldest child among 1 brother and 2 sisters. Her 53 year old Father works as a fisherman and her 53 year old Mother is a housewife.
She finished her secondary education at Maba Computer Oriented High School in year 2006.
She had her maid employment experienced in the PHILIPPINES served 2 families.
1) 2008 - 2009, she served a Filipino family living in a 3 bedroom bungalow house 3 adult, a elderly couple ages 66 and 65 year old and 2 children ages 13 and 8 year old. She worked as an all around housemaid. She served the family for 1 year.
2.) 2015 - 2016, she served a Filipino Relative living in a 2 bedroom 2 storey house with a couple and a 8 year old. She was an all around helper doing all general household chores and she is also assist the daily needs of the child. She served the family for 1 year.
Being a mother, she is confident of taking care of infant to young children and capable in performing child care duties such as feeding, bathing, preparing their school things, playing with the children, giving assistance for their homework and studies and bringing and fetching them to the school.
She had experienced taking care of her 73 year old grandmother with hypertension. She assist her in feeding and giving her daily medicines. She is open with the opportunity in looking after elderly person and prepared to be trained in the giving them direct nursing care and supervising their other needs.
She is enthusiastic to learn more especially in cooking other foreign cuisine. She knows how to prepare and cook Filipino dishes like adobo, menudo, sinigang, tinola, pakbet and a lot more. She is also willing to learn more other foreign cuisine.
Aside from these duties, she can also give care for pets. She is willing to do basic gardening and car washing as well.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) then OWWA seminar and processing of POEA employment documents for deployment.
