KEMBERLY ESLAIS RALO, is 24 year old, single and a resident of Kabankalan City, Negros Occidental. She is the 2nd child among 2 brothers and 7 sister. Her 48 year old Father works as a Farmer and her 45 year old Mother is a housewife.
She accomplished her secondary education at Tabugon National High School in year 2014. She also took a vocational course in Contact Center Services National Certificate Training II.
She previously worked as a cashier/waitress for 2 years and a product merchandiser for 4 months.
She had her maid employment experienced in the PHILIPPINES from Apr 2012 - Jan 2013 served a Filipino family living in a 2 bedroom condo with a couple and 2 children ages 1 year old and a newborn baby. Her employer hired 2 maids and they both worked as an all around helper doing household chores such as maintaining the cleanliness of the house, washing and ironing of clothes, cooking, washing dishes and others as when she is instructed by her employer and other family member and also attends to the needs of the children. She served the family for 9 months.
She is also confident in performing basic infant care duties like bathing, sterilizing utensils, preparing baby's food, feeding, changing of diaper, knows how to check body temperature. She is also capable in taking care of young children and attending for their needs.
She has knowledge in cooking Filipino dishes such as tinola, sinigang, adobo, laswa, pinabet and a lot more. And is eager to learn other foreign dishes.
Aside from these, she is also willing to do basic gardening, petcare and car washing if necessary.
After selection, FDW will undergo 3 weeks In-House- Private Training in Manila (Accredited by TESDA) , OWWA seminar and other documentation as required by Philipine Overseas Employment Administration for the deployment of the OFW.
